If consensual intimacy occurs during a session, it is not transactional and does not influence pricing.

By booking or participating in services through The Daddy Dom Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are mentally, physically, and emotionally capable of engaging in alternative lifestyle practices and assume full responsibility for your own experience.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or participate in any session. Age verification may be required.

🚫 Due to the emotional intimacy and lifestyle nature of these services, The Daddy Dom Collective does not offer any services to individuals who are currently married or in a legally bound relationship.

The Daddy Dom Collective is a female-submissive-only experience. At this time, services are only available to individuals who identify and present as female and seek a submissive dynamic.

2. Consent and Safety

All sessions are consensual and based on pre-discussed boundaries. A signed consent and intake form is required before participation. Safe words and mutual respect are non-negotiable.

3. Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously. All personal information and session details are kept confidential unless legally required to disclose.

4. Session Structure

Each session is tailored to individual needs, preferences, and dynamic agreements. No two experiences are identical. Clients agree to participate respectfully and honestly. Sessions are based on role-play, personal development, and consensual lifestyle dynamics only.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

Arrive on time
Be sober and mentally present
Communicate boundaries clearly
Refrain from any illegal activity
Respect space, equipment, and providers

6. Payments and Fees

All fees are for time, companionship, structure, and emotional support—not for sexual acts. Payment must be made in full before the session begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

8. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with appropriate notice. Multiple reschedules without proper communication may result in account review or suspension.

9. Health & Clean Bill of Health

Participants must disclose any physical, mental, or emotional health concerns prior to booking. A clean bill of health is encouraged and may be required for certain services.

10. Session Notes & Behavioral Tracking

Session notes and behavioral data (such as task tracking or rule adherence) may be maintained to personalize care and support structure. This information remains confidential.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to deny or terminate services at our discretion, especially in cases of disrespect, boundary violations, unsafe behavior, or abuse.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, documents, and materials are the intellectual property of The Daddy Dom Collective. Do not reproduce or share any content without written permission.

Additional Notes:

• All references to “Daddy,” “Dom,” or “Provider” refer to the authorized person offering structured care and support.

• Sessions are not therapy and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health services.

• You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and accept all associated risks.

These Terms of Service are subject to change. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
